Came back to play this after playing the newer Age of Wonders games. I miss the wizard kings, wizard towers and the campaigne.

- Revisions to the original 12 Age of Wonders races. Each race has a new city upgrade, which comes with a new unit. For example, the Elves can build a Secret Forest, which cloaks the town and produces Treemen.
- Three entirely new races: The steppe roaming Nomads, the sinister Shadow Demons and the otherworldly Syrons.

I was surfing Limewire many years ago searching for hentai (yup, teenage hormones) and somehow this game came up. I had no idea what it was, but it sounded cool and I installed. That was how I got introduced to 4X Turn Based games. It’s been many years, and many 4x games, but this remains one of my darling favourites. The graphics are very pleasing.
