This DLC is listed exactly as is its to show some support to the developers and grants you a nice little bonus of mats and such to help start the game out. The mats and such are nothing that are going to break the game for you its just a little boost. You also get a bunch of amulets that can give you a bunch of different options to try at the start. One item in particular was a raining poison monster poo from the
