Story
This world has seen its fair share of Twilights, and is slowly nearing its end.
Within this world, in the western reaches of the Land of Dusk, there exists a nation that has prospered through its use of alchemy.
In order to survive the inevitable arrival of the Dusk End, the people in that nation devote their every effort to rediscovering the lost alchemic technologies of the past.

Me esta gustando mucho, Escha y Logy se complementan muy bien, aparecen personajes del Ayesha. La alquimia es divertida y facil de entender, de todos los Atelier que he jugado me parece la mas simple, pero llega a ser compleja al momento de elegir los ingredientes para conseguir todos los efectos. Ta bueno el opening, me gusta demasiado
Another solid entry into the Atelier franchise. The pacing was excellent, both with quest progressing, unlocking better materials, and experience. I hadnt realized this game did the whole 'quest bingo card' thing before Rorona did. Definitely better than Ayesha, with multiple QOL stuff added, like having all consumable items replenish when you get back to Colseit, and you aren't forced to defeat every super boss to get every achievement. Also, Willbell is back, and she is the BEST character from Ayesha, and you can't convince me otherwise.
I have a pretty hard time deciding on my thoughts on Escha and Logy. The game is certainly good, gameplay is fun at its finest, the story is one of the best yet, and so is the synthisis. However there is a single flaw that keeps being annoying the entire game troughout, and that is that the game is just too easy. Just like with most Ateliers, E&L is a laid-back jrpg with a focus on crafting and gathering. It has a strong "autumn" feel to it, with muted colors and pensive overall mood, but even in this bleak setting you end up chilling with the characteres and appreciating the beauty of their world and life. This is the best Atelier game I've played so far. The time requirements were pretty lenient but there was enough going on to keep it interesting. I'm a little bummed that levels didn't carry over into NG+, but given that's my biggest complaint, this is definitely worth grabbing.
