Set three years after "Atelier Ryza," this game tells the story of matured Ryza and her friends as they reunite and have new encounters, all leading into an important decision. The story of summer and youths begins anew.

New features added in the DX version:

• Two new playable characters
Empel and Lila are now available as playable characters.


• A new story featuring Empel and Lila
This side story follows Empel and Lila as they search for a gate to the Underworld before they reunite with Ryza. Control Lila as you explore both familiar areas and a new map!


• A Custom Combat mode
Select monsters to face and set their levels. You can also change monster behavior, the speed of battle, and other settings.

• Fi will help you on your adventure
Fi will follow Ryza as she moves around the field, providing support. Fi expands the range of the sensor map, restores HP after combat, and helps out in other ways too!


• All additional content from the original game
Includes both free and paid content, such as swimsuit outfits, additional maps and recipes, and more!


• Improved in-game functions and usability
 - Increased basket and container capacity
 - Additional graphic options
 - Improved Spirit Beast functions
 - Improved UI/UX
 - Revised requirements to view events
 - Improved graphics

• Link save data from "Secret" series games for bonuses!

This game is an improvement from Ryza 1 in almost every way, a lot of my complaints about the first game were solved. The development system for the stores, pretty great. The skill tree was an interesting change. The semi realtime combat makes a little more sense with how the combat is in this one.
