In this DLC, you 'roleplay' as an adventurer inserted into one of Tiny Tina's tabletop RPG sessions. So, instead of fighting bandits, you'll instead shoot orcs, dwarves, sorceresses, and so on. The world is brimming with references to all sorts of nerdy stuff, like GoT, Lord of The Rings, but even if you're not into that, it still offers a lot of fun quests, and powerful new weapons. Pretty good DLC, but certainly not the best for BL2. Story: instead of vault hunting, you sit back and play some legally distinct DND with Tina. It's got a few good puns, like changing parts on the fly to address player's comments. Gameplay: this is probably the DLC that is the most varied in terms of gameplay, with a new set of classic fantasy enemies. Skeletons that have regular healthbars, but use the loader
