I really enjoyed this game, although it's story is indeed pretty short... And this game could've have SO much more potential, (as in, have more adventures), but overall, you should consider buying it, ONLY if it's on sale...It's truly a nice experience, but too short
They gave me the same mouse in a prettier coat and I sat with that for a while, because the original was a thing that knew what it was and wore it plainly, and this remake is shinier and rounder and the mouse now talks in a voice that suggests he attended some kind of school, and there is a narrator who will not stop explaining things at me like I am a child who has never seen a castle, and the levels are the same

Game is good as i remember it but i didnt remember Mizrabel being too fast for me to counter
This game is nostalgic. It brings back so many memories. I really like how the boss fights use different attacks instead of just the same. And the soundtrack is amazing.
When I was 6, I was hooked to this game. I used to play it for hours on end, making sure not to miss any secret. I recently just came across this game and it just as fun as it was when I was 6. I recommend for any Disney nostalgic fans, as this truly is a brilliant game. 9/10 (fun fact: this game is a remake of the one in 1990)
Nice breezy little 2.5D platformer where you get to hear Grant Kirkhope just Grant Kirkhope-ing all over the place. I have zero nostalgia for Castle of Illusion but loads of nostalgia for the Banjo-Kazooie soundtrack so this was a treat. I wonder if they chose him for this because the final boss is also a rhyming witch that's trying to steal the beauty from a little animal girl.
