Definitely not worth it. To think this is considered an "expansion" is crazy, the only thing it expanded was the debt in my bank account. Oh wow, a dirt patch and a stand for the concert, all that for 7 dollars! It would have been worth it if 1, there were more artists and 2, this could be paired with Match Day and Sports Venues to allow refitting of stadiums for concerts, so we didn't have to deal with the
