Worth a play through. The combat has a buff and debuff system thats well built and not a chore to use. Its got a sci-fi setting and the characters are tropey in a good way and with that the games has a good sense of humor and i did catch myself laughing a few times lol Its very indie and worth a play through especially if you're tired of the fantasy setting most rpg's have

It exceeded my expectation. Cosmic Star Heroine is a relatively short but well-paced turn-based RPG game with beautiful pixel art, lovable characters, nice soundtrack, a simple yet engaging story, and easter eggs/references to retro video games. The gameplay and combat is nothing groundbreaking but it's fun and it feels nice! Especially when you start to get the hang of combo and unite skills. The game goes so low
A good modest jrpg-like. Often compared to Chono Trigger but don't expect the same quality here. The game has some nice music but too few of them, an interesting combat system. The story advances a bit too fast and characters don't have deep backstories. But nonetheless it is a pleasant game with which I enjoyed going for all the trophies. Plays perfectly on the Steam Deck.
