Unlike Sword of Islam, Legacy of Rome adds a bit more than just some enhancements to a cultural group (in this case, the Byzantines and Orthodox countries). A must-have if you like playing the Byzantines. Has a bunch of great Byzantine decisions and events, plus you get to castrate and blind your enemies.
