The difficulty of this game is not the ships or the bullets or the bosses. The real difficulty of this game is your ships enormous hit-box size + slow ship speed versus any physical part of the stage, which is 1 hit kill. This is driven home by the fact that the last three stages are basically just tight corridor flying with small parts of the stage jutting far out for you to run into. The final stage is basically

This game is really interesting and not easy to review. Alltogether it is a nice SHMUP and if you played Katakis and the likes back in the Amiga/Atari/C64 days you will feel right at home. The gameplay is so oldschool it feels a bit out of time if you played modern SHMUPs. But it's well executed, so for people like me this makes for a great retro feeling. I want to say thank you for that game! I loved the original Katakis and I know that this should be Katakis 2 (It is named Crush because of some problems with the name!?). It has nice graphics, nice sound and a good balance. As another reviewer said easy to start but hard to master!
