The "Curse of the Dead Cells" Update has been added to the game on April 2021. Major new features include:

Dead Cells-themed content

New Curse

- The Curse of the Headless lets you kill faster with a visual twist

3 New Weapons

- Sword of Conjunctivius (based on the Cursed Sword of Dead Cells)

- Crossbow of the Condemned (based on the Explosive Crossbow of Dead Cells)

- Broadsword of the Knight (based on the Broadsword of Dead Cells)

New Challenge Room

- Complete the new Cursed Chest challenge to earn rare items

Other new features

- A new two-handed fighting style: Bombs!

- New Curse

- New relics and relics icons!

- Assist mode

- More room variations

About the Game

You seek untold riches, eternal life, divine powers - it leads to this accursed temple, a seemingly-infinite labyrinth of bottomless pits, deadly traps, and monsters.

Collect mystical Relics and an arsenal of weapons to make yourself unstoppable. Battle through hordes of enemies in dark, cavernous passages filled with traps and secrets of all sorts - fire-spewing statues, explosives, hidden spikes, and worse.
