La Résistance adds a great new layer to HOI4 with espionage and intelligence. You can build an intelligence agency, recruit spies, run missions, and support resistance movements, which makes strategy and planning much deeper. Focus Trees kinda suck. The Agency feature can be nice but sometimes its more annoying and also 20€ for that?
