Claire Obscure Expedition 33 made me love the french, Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 made me hate the french again. It is criminal how KCD2 did not win any awards at the game awards. I have played several RPG games, but none have reached this level of quality. KCD1 was great but KCD2 is the definiton of a perfect sequel. I very much enjoyed playing both games but KCD2 takes the cake for me, it changed everything I did

No game ever came close to convey the experience of life in medieval times as well as this game. It is a masterpiece and I envy those who are about to play it for the first time. If you're about to start this game, enjoy the ride. It is absolutely worth the money.

Earlier in 2025, I finished KCD1 and found myself enamoured by the game's dedication to put you in Henry's shoes, the level of immersion, details that actually affect the gameplay, the fair amount of freedom of choice and of course the clunky combat. All of which that helps culminate the KCD experience. So I was genuinely excited for the sequel the way everyone hyped it up to be a clear
