Terms of Service for Sellers 20/12/2025

By visiting, registering or accepting an Order on the Platform Seller acknowledges having read, understood, agreed to these Terms of Service for Sellers  (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) and agrees to be legally bound by them.

1. About these Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to any Order undertaken by you as a Seller regulate all processes related to it. They apply to the exclusion of any other terms that you seek to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by law, trade custom, practice or course of dealing.

1.2 We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms at any time. You agree to be bound by any variation made by us variation of the Terms. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

1.3 Terms are only available in English. In case of any translation of the Terms the English version shall prevail.

1.4 Your use of the Platform is governed by our General Terms and Conditions. .

2. Definitions

2.1. All capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined in these Terms will have the meaning set forth in General Terms and Conditions. .
2.2 "Start of Order Fulfillment” means the Seller taking an active and verifiable action towards the execution of the Order, including at least one of the following:

a) sending a message to the Customer via the Platform chat confirming acceptance of the Order,
b) requesting additional information required to complete the Order,
c) delivering a partial result or progress update related to the Order.

Silence or lack of communication shall not be considered as starting order fulfillment.

3. Using the Platform

3.1 The Platform provides the Sellers with the non-exclusive license which gives the Sellers access to the Platform’s functionality allowing them to proceed with the selection of the Orders and communication with the Customers in connection with the provision of the Services.

3.2 These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the subject matter of the provided non-exclusive license. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise or representation or assurance or warranty that is not set out in the Terms.

3.3 Sellers are strictly prohibited from exploiting platform vulnerabilities, policy gaps, or ambiguous language to bypass platform fees, mislead buyers, or engage in prohibited conduct under the guise of technical compliance. Any activity aimed at circumventing platform rules or engaging in dishonest practices,  even if not explicitly listed,  will be treated as a serious breach and may result in withheld earnings, account termination, or legal action.

4. How to become a Seller

4.1 In order to become a Seller, you shall take the following actions:

4.1.1. Register on the Platform by clicking the button “Become a seller” in the middle of the website main page ;

4.1.2. Successfully complete process of making Seller account on our Platform;

4.1.3. Provide the Platform administration the required information including personal data that the administration may require for verification purposes;

4.1.4. Accept the Rules ; which are an integral part of the Terms of Services for Sellers;

4.1.5. Complete the test Order.

4.2 Only when all the steps under clause 4.1 of these Terms are completed, will you be able to proceed with the provision of the Services.

5. Creating offers

5.1 As soon as you become a Seller, the ability for creating an offer will become available to you.

5.2 If you want to Create an Offert, you need to click “Products” tab, than you need to click "Add products". Fill required information such as Product title, Product description, Delivery Time,Price,Avaible quantity.

5.3 If Customer buy you Offert, you will receive an Order confirmation via email to the email address which you had specified during your registration on the Platform and you will get notification at notification tab on the top right corner of the site. 

5.4 After the Order is confirmed, you will be able to chat with the Customer.

6. Quality of Services

6.1 The Services have to be provided in accordance with the Customers’ requirements and the requirements of the Platform set out in the article 5 of the Rules . The quality of the Services should fully meet all reasonable demands of the Customer.

6.2 The exact deadline completion of the Order must be consistent with the date of completion selected in the "Delivery time" tab in the offer creation panel.

6.3 The Customer have right to obtain refund in case of lack completation of purchased Order in time provided by the Seller or in the case of receiving an order that does not match description provided by the Seller.

6.4 By accepting EZArena Terms of Services for Sellers, the Seller agrees that the quality of the services provided by the Seller may be subject to verification by an entity authorized by the Operator through the use of the “mystery shopper” method.

7. Fulfillment of the Offer

7.1 Upon receipt of payment from the Customer, the Seller is obliged to fulfill the Order within the delivery time specified in the offer.

If the delivery time specified in the offer exceeds 48 hours, the Seller is obliged to start fulfilling the Order within 48 hours of the Customer’s payment, as defined in section 2.X of these Terms, and to complete the Order strictly within the delivery time specified in the offer.

If the delivery time specified in the offer is set to 7 days, the Seller must start fulfilling the Order within 48 hours, and 7 days from the moment of payment constitutes the final and non-extendable deadline for completion of the Order.

7.2 Failure to start order fulfillment within 48 hours, as defined in section 2.X, may result in automatic cancellation of the Order, refund to the Customer, and additional penalties, including temporary suspension of the Seller’s account, reduction of Seller rating, or withholding of funds.

7.3 If completion of the Order requires additional information from the Customer and the Customer fails to respond within a reasonable time, the Seller must document at least one attempt to contact the Customer via the Platform chat. In such case, delivery time may be extended accordingly or the Order may be cancelled by the Platform.

7.4 After receiving an order that is consistent with the description, the Customer must confirm receipt of the order.

7.5 After the Customer confirms receipt of the order, the Platform administrators will transfer the appropriate funds to the Seller's account.

7.6 The Customer may contact the Seller via chat on our platform a) Before purchasing in order to obtain additional information about the Seller's Offer. b) After purchasing the Offer in order to obtain additional information or report irregularities in connection with the order.

7.7 The Seller may contact the Buyer after placing and paying for the order by clicking on the "Sales" tab in the user panel.

7.8 In the event that the Order is partially fulfilled, the Order does not meet the Client's requirements, the Platform may return the Order to the Seller for completion or withdraw the Order without any compensation. 

The Platform reserves the right to intervene in any Order, adjust deadlines, request evidence of fulfillment, cancel the Order, or issue a refund if it determines that the Seller is acting in bad faith, violating these Terms, or endangering the Customer’s interests. For more information, please refer to Articles 6 and 7 of the Regulations.

8. Warranty Period 

8.1 If the Customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the provided Services, the Customer may request changes or a reduction in the price.

8.2 Any revisions requested by the Customer under the Warranty Period must fall within the initial instructions for the Order.

8.3 In case the completed Order does not meet the initial requirements of the Customer, the Customer may refuse to accept the Order.

8.4 The Warranty Period’s duration depend on a) For all Customers without active subscription Warranty Period is 7 days. b) For all Customers with active subscription, Warranty Period is 30 days.

7  days – standard Warranty Period;
30 days - extended warranty duration with active subscription

8.5 The 7 or 30 day warranty period (see point 8.4 of the Terms of Service for Seller) applies only to accounts listed on our platform and purchased through it.

The Customer is entitled to a warranty only for accounts purchased via our platform, and only in the following cases:

⦁	 The received account is stolen.
⦁	 The received account has restrictions not disclosed by the seller in the auction description.
⦁	 The received account does not contain the promised content specified in the auction description.
⦁	 The seller withheld key information about the account offered in the auction. In cases where key information about the account was withheld, the matter is resolved through EZArena arbitration in accordance with the rules described in sections 14 and 15 of the General Terms and Conditions.

Any other irregularities related to purchases made via our Platform are resolved through EZArena arbitration as described in sections 14 and 15 of the General Terms and Conditions. The return policy is outlined in section 10 of the Terms of Services for Customers.

8.6 The Order is considered to be completed and the Seller’ obligations are considered to be fulfilled upon the Warranty Period’s expiration. In the case that the Warranty is not provided the Order should be considered to be completed at the moment of giving the status «done» to the Order.

8.7 If the Customer fails to report any defects, irregularities, or objections regarding the delivered Order within 7 days from the moment of delivery, or fails to contact the Platform within this period, the Order shall be deemed irrevocably accepted, properly delivered, and free of defects. Upon the expiration of this 7-day period, the Customer shall lose the right to request a refund, revision, or any further claims related to the Order.

8.8 Customer can extend Warranty Period by purchasing subscription on our Platform.


9. Rights of the Sellers.

9.1 Refusal to perform the Order. In case the Seller refuses to perform the Order without a reasonably valid reason (i.e. lack of Customer’s response, a mistake with the ordering on the Platform’s side or any other reasons), the Seller will be liable to pay liquidated damages up to the total amount of the Order.

9.2 Asking for Platform’s assistance with the solution of the disputes with the Customer. In case you have reasonable remarks and complaints about requests of the Customer, you shall be entitled to ask for the Platform’s assistance with the settlement of the dispute. If the Seller and the Customer cannot reach an arrangement, the Seller may refuse to perform the Order. The manager of the Platform will suggest the Customer another Coach to perform an Order (this notwithstanding Customer’s right to cancel an Order), while the Seller will be suggested to chose another Order for performance. In case that the Customer realizes the options to change the Seller or cancels the Order because of the Seller’s disrespectful attitude towards the Customer, the Platform has the right to fine the Seller in the amount of USD 10.

10. Prices

10.1 Prices for the Services are notified to you and accepted by you within the context of the familiarization with the Orders available for the performance. All prices are in USD and include VAT at the applicable rate.

11. Payment and Funds’ withdrawal

11.1 The Seller is entitled to withdraw the renumeration at the moment of expiration of the Warranty Period. In the case that the Warranty Period is not provided the Seller is entitled to withdraw the renumeration at the moment of giving the status «done» to the Order.

11.2 In case of a refund and/or any claim from the Customer we would refrain from making any payment and/or may request a refund from you of any amounts returned to the Customer.

11.3 You are solely responsible for the payment of the payment systems’ commissions related to the funds’ withdrawal. The amount of the commission depends on the withdrawal method. The maximum commission is 500 USD per 1 transaction.

11.4 The withdrawal application will be completed within 2 business days from the application’s date, minimal withdrawal amount on avaible withdrawal method is 20 USD.

12. Refunds

12.1 In case of any refund from the Platform payment service providers charge the relevant commission, which depends on the withdrawal method. The Customer is solely responsible for the payment of such commissions.

12.2 In case of any refund the payment fee in the amount of 10 % will be withheld from such refund. This amount is based on the payment providers processing fee . The Platform fulfilled its obligations to provide the Seller with the access to the Platform, so the Platform has a right to withhold the payment fee.

12.3 A decision regarding your refund request will be provided within 5-7 working days from the date the request is submitted.

12.4 The processing time for a refund is determined by the payment method used. The status of your refund should be checked directly with your payment method provider.

12.5 The refund will be carried out and credited to the same means of payment as was used to make the initial payment

12.6 Refunds will not be issued in case the Order is fully rendered and delivered to the Customer properly.

12.7 You will receive a partial refund if your Order is incomplete. The refund will be proportional to the percentage of non-fulfilment of the Order. The percentage of non-fulfilment of the Order is evaluated by the Platform.

12.8 In case of any refund, the Seller may be required to provide appropriate evidence confirming that the delivered goods are conforming with the description contained in the offer and the goods are free from the nonconformings described in the customer's dispute.
